Technical Project Manager - Core Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional infrastructure initiatives for a leading open‑finance platform. The role coordinates engineering, security, compliance and operations teams to deliver high‑performance, low‑latency services. It is fully remote, supporting candidates in EU and EST US/LATAM time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of complex technical projects across infrastructure, orchestration, security and database domains.
• Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, dashboards and release timelines.
• Identify dependencies, manage risks and remove blockers through creative problem‑solving.
• Facilitate meetings, retrospectives and planning sessions for large‑scale initiatives.
• Track KPIs and project health, iterating reporting for clarity and impact.
• Manage intake workflows for feature requests, support tickets and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, product owners and external vendors to ensure alignment and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical projects in fast‑moving, highly regulated environments.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with distributed, remote teams across multiple time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for workflow management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Understanding of infrastructure, security, compliance and database concepts.
