Technology Onboarding Specialist – Construction Industry

About the role

The Technology Onboarding Specialist joins Caterpillar’s Construction Industry Customer Solutions Group to drive safety, productivity and technology adoption at customer sites. You will act as the technical bridge between Caterpillar’s construction technologies and the end‑users, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary CAT Technology Onboarding Specialist for construction customers.
• Use technical expertise to enhance safety and productivity on customer sites.
• Support the rollout and ongoing use of new and existing construction technologies.
• Guide cultural and operational change management to maximize technology adoption.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Product Development team based on market needs and field observations.
