Trainee Recruiter – Remote Entry-Level Position

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Trainee Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. This remote, entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience across the full hiring cycle while you develop core recruitment skills.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Support candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Review applications and assist senior recruiters with initial resume screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
