VIP Customer Support Representative

About the role

Jugabet is seeking a dedicated VIP Customer Support Representative to provide premium assistance to high‑value players across Latin America. You will work night‑shift hours to ensure 24/7 coverage, handling inquiries via chat, email and occasional phone calls.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level support to VIP clients, responding promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer accounts, identify potential issues, and proactively address them.
• Escalate technical or high‑priority cases to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate shift handovers between day and night teams.
• Meet KPIs for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming sector.
• Upper‑intermediate English (written and spoken) and fluent Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
