Account Manager – SMB Growth & Retention

About the role

The Account Manager for SMB Growth & Retention will manage post‑sale relationships with small and medium business partners, ensuring they succeed on the Uber Eats platform. You will act as the primary contact for a high‑value portfolio, driving retention, revenue growth and mutual business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑deal partner management for a high‑potential SMB portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve revenue targets, upsell new features and ensure high retention.
• Represent partner interests internally, translating needs to product, operations and marketing teams.
• Develop and execute joint growth initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional resources.
• Set, track and report performance metrics, conducting regular business reviews with partners.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in account management, sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Data‑driven decision making with solid business judgment.
• Strong project‑management abilities and the capacity to create joint business plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
