Associate Digital Designer (Peru & Chile)

About the role

The Associate Digital Designer will support the marketing teams in Peru and Chile by adapting and creating on‑brand visual assets for both print and digital channels. You will ensure that all materials meet local compliance requirements while maintaining the global brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and adapt design materials for local use, delivering print‑ready and digital‑ready files.
• Modify existing global or regional assets to fit local language, contact details, and mandatory information.
• Create new physical and digital design assets such as leaflets, brochures, flyers, posters, roll‑ups, banners, social media creatives, email headers, presentations, and infographics.
• Maintain and update company websites on the wp‑vip platform, logging all content changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience in graphic or advertising design.
• Proven experience creating and adapting print and digital marketing materials.
• Experience with website content updates and maintenance is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in wp‑vip.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools.
• Understanding of print and digital production specifications.
