About the role

The Associate Sales Manager drives revenue, customer experience and market share across a designated territory for Tesla. This role builds high‑performing teams, enforces operational standards and partners with cross‑functional groups to shape regional strategy and business planning.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, onboard and develop top talent for field retail, service‑plus and delivery locations.
  • Set clear targets, coach managers and hold teams accountable to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Maintain safety, security and operational standards in collaboration with EH&S, workplace and security teams.
  • Optimize sales and delivery processes, including local DMV requirements and fleet logistics, using reports and dashboards.
  • Define and execute strategic business plans with stakeholders in real estate, charging, marketing, government affairs, HR, finance and service.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading large, multi‑site teams in a high‑growth, service‑focused environment.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic themes into actionable plans and deliver consistent results.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse internal partners.
