Co-teacher – Primary/Elementary

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Co‑teacher to join our primary/elementary team. You will work alongside lead teachers to deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and uphold our commitment to safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement lesson plans and activities for primary/elementary students.
• Deliver engaging and effective instruction in the classroom.
• Assess and monitor student learning and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student development.

Required profile

• Degree in education or a related field.
• Teaching certification and experience in primary/elementary education.
• Commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practices.

Required skills

• Strong classroom management and instructional abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
