Head Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head Teacher to lead our early childhood program, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. You will guide curriculum development, monitor student progress, and foster strong partnerships with families.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Assess and track each child's developmental milestones.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Degree in early childhood education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Proven experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role.
