Innovative Project Planner (German‑speaker) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Innovative Project Planner who is fluent in German and can work remotely across Latin America. You will help us bring greater efficiency and transparency to construction projects by bridging schedules with day‑to‑day delivery and leveraging modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing construction processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules that align with on‑site execution.
• Utilise our proprietary construction‑management technology to increase visibility and control.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure plans are realistic and actionable.
• Promote the use of common‑sense, tech‑enabled solutions throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Fluent German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for construction planning and a desire to modernise traditional practices.
• Comfortable working remotely while staying hands‑on with project details.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and eager to contribute to a high‑impact consultancy.

Required skills

• Experience with construction scheduling and planning tools.
• Ability to adopt and work with digital construction‑management platforms.
