Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s global recruiting team as a Recruiting Analyst, working remotely from anywhere. You will support the staffing strategy for a fast‑growing tech company and help match top talent with high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify profile information for each vacancy.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify suitable candidates.
• Present candidate profiles to clients and internal leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover farming opportunities across accounts.
• Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability and extreme attention to detail.
• Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced level of English.
