Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing strategy. The role is fully remote and focuses on managing short‑ and long‑term recruitment projects, ensuring the right talent is matched with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify detailed candidate profiles and assignment requirements.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to source and identify suitable candidates.
• Present candidate shortlists to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional staffing opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Degree in Business, Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
