Main Missions

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized marketing profiles, including Paid Media, Email Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media, and Growth Marketing.
• Draft compelling and high-converting job advertisements to attract top-tier talent.
• Evaluate technical expertise through portfolio reviews and analysis of campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to define precise talent requirements and strategic needs.
• Drive internal marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media content, and employer branding strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the digital marketing sector.
• Strong ability to assess technical marketing skills (KPIs, campaign management, creative tools).
• Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between clients and candidates.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with a dual focus on talent acquisition and brand promotion.
