Site Supervisor – Production

About the role

Ferrovial is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily production activities on construction projects. The role ensures that works are executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards while coordinating teams, resources, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise daily and weekly work across multiple fronts.
• Supervise on‑site execution of concrete, steel, and formwork works.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, productivity and resource utilisation.
• Apply safety regulations (DS 40, DS 594, Law 16.744) and maintain safe working conditions.
• Interface with the client (Metro), ITO and internal departments.
• Prepare reports on progress, quality, safety and costs.
• Support the critical path and ensure compliance with MINVU quality standards.
• Identify productivity improvements and manage subcontractor performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction works, especially concrete, steel and formwork.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors on a busy site.
• Excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
