About the role
The Account Manager SMB role focuses on post‑sales management of small and medium restaurant partners. You will strengthen partnerships, drive retention, and grow revenue through mutually beneficial initiatives on the Uber Eats platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead post‑deal partner management for a high‑value portfolio of restaurant accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve revenue growth, upsell new features, and ensure high retention.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs to internal teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the partner landscape and cultivate positive relationships across restaurant organizations.
- Design and lead growth initiatives, collaborating cross‑functionally with Uber teams.
- Set, track, and report performance metrics; conduct regular business reviews with partners.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar customer‑facing or account management role.
- Confidence in making data‑driven decisions and applying sound business judgment.
- Strong project management abilities and the capacity to develop joint business plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
