About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help introduce applicants to our hiring process, conduct initial interviews, and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to evaluate general fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video call, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and encourage participation.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment system records up to date.
• Support interviewers by summarizing candidate profiles, experience, interests, and commitment.

• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Advanced level of English.
