Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across its Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, and written communications, helping the company maintain consistent hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflows against defined scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate performance using standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data review, and excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate fluently in English.
