About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technical professionals across a variety of client projects, ensuring high‑quality hires that match both skill requirements and company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, from posting to offer acceptance.
• Review and filter candidate applications based on defined criteria.
• Craft concise candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication with internal hiring managers and stakeholders to align expectations.
• Meet recruitment deadlines and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
