Training Development Specialist – Global Transformation

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Training Development Specialist to support a multi‑year global transformation program. The role will design, deliver, and continuously improve training for both new and existing users of the organization’s CRM systems, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current training processes and create a formalised programme for new hires and role transitions.
• Develop, track and execute refresher training to enhance system skills for existing users.
• Monitor CRM usage, identify gaps and provide targeted training or support.
• Collaborate with super‑users and SMEs to gather requirements and validate training content.
• Design high‑quality learning materials and facilitate co‑creation sessions with stakeholders.
• Manage content creation timelines and ensure readiness for deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in adult education, preferably within technical or system‑focused initiatives.
• Proven ability to work in a global, diverse environment and influence change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Training programme design and delivery.
• Creation of instructional materials and e‑learning content.
• Ability to assess training needs and measure effectiveness.
