Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev’s global Learning & Development team as a Young Professional. You will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives that help maintain a culture of continuous learning across a fully remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistics for workshops, webinars, and other learning events.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by organizing content and ensuring it stays up‑to‑date.
• Collect participant feedback and help analyze data to improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and propose targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
