AI Engineer – Build Scalable ML Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to create intelligent systems that drive automation, analytics, conversational AI, and predictive capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and production‑deploy AI/ML models, including large language models and generative AI tools.
• Build intelligent automation workflows, chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Fine‑tune, evaluate, and optimise models for performance, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Integrate AI features into existing platforms alongside software engineers and product teams.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, implement prompt‑engineering and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Monitor deployed AI systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay current with advances in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related software engineering roles.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, LangChain.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, generative AI, and NLP systems.
• Deployment of ML models in production (cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, APIs and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
