Lead Infrastructure Integration Engineer (Portuguese Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Lead Infrastructure Integration Engineer to drive M&A infrastructure integration with minimal business disruption. You will lead discovery, coordinate roadmaps and TSA requirements, and align critical domains such as network, identity, and endpoint management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead M&A infrastructure integration workstreams, covering Day 1 readiness and post‑close delivery.
• Plan and control integration strategy, including roadmaps, milestones, TSA considerations and rollback plans.
• Execute technical discovery, define target‑state architectures and integration approaches.
• Collaborate with teams across Network & Connectivity, Identity & Access, Messaging & Collaboration, Endpoint & Device Management, Server/Cloud Platforms and ITSM & Monitoring.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance and risk management standards.
• Partner with application, security, workplace and business teams; coordinate vendors or MSPs as needed.
• Report progress, maintain risk/issue tracking and provide visibility to program and executive leadership.
• Control resourcing forecasts and budgets; prepare documentation and operational runbooks for handover.

Required profile

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 1 year leading complex, multi‑domain initiatives.
• Experience delivering M&A infrastructure integration or large‑scale migration programs.
• Strong program/project delivery skills, including governance, risk management and contingency planning.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Brazilian Portuguese (B2+).
