About the Position

Main Missions

• Perform rigorous proofreading and editing of Spanish content, focusing on grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and overall clarity.
• Ensure absolute consistency in tone, style, formatting, and terminology across all complex documentation.
• Enhance document structure, readability, and logical flow without altering the intended meaning.
• Identify and flag ambiguities, factual inconsistencies, or structural weaknesses in source materials.
• Apply strict editorial standards following RAE norms or equivalent professional guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve the global quality of the content and report any unclear instructions or reasoning risks.

Profile Required

• 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in copy editing or high-level editorial roles.
• Native-level mastery of written Spanish with exceptional linguistic precision.
• A track record of delivering high-accuracy editorial work with minimal error rates.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to spot subtle nuances and inconsistencies.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining consistent, high-quality standards.
• Reliable availability and commitment to a regular schedule.
