Global Security Manager

About the role

The Global Security Manager will lead the security strategy and daily operations for non‑retail corporate offices in Chile. This role ensures business continuity, emergency response, travel security, and executive protection while aligning with global standards and technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and test Business Continuity Plans, crisis management and emergency response procedures.
• Lead tactical responses for life‑safety incidents and coordinate with internal partners and external authorities.
• Partner with internal teams to monitor threats, share risk intelligence and support threat‑management efforts.
• Provide traveler risk assessments, itinerary reviews and support for executive travel emergencies.
• Oversee site security controls, guard services, access control and monitoring to ensure SOP compliance.
• Support security assessments, surveys and audits to meet global security standards.
• Coordinate investigations of policy, ethics, criminal activity and security breaches.
• Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for non‑retail teams.
• Drive adoption of global security standards and evaluate/implement relevant security technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Sociology, Emergency Management or a related field, or 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced/fluent English and strong communication abilities.
• Experience operating in high‑exposure, sensitive situations such as life‑safety incidents.
