Learning Experience Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Experience Partner to design, manage and report onboarding programs within our learning management system. The role blends strategic consulting with hands‑on development of scalable, AI‑enhanced learning solutions for a global, fully remote workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor onboarding operations hosted in our LMS using modern authoring tools.
• Manage the full learning technology stack, including LMS, AI‑Studio and related platforms.
• Create, update and maintain high‑quality learning content.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, aligning timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyze usage data and report on program effectiveness and business impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in learning or talent development.
• Proven experience in people‑facing roles and measuring onboarding impact.
• Direct experience administering LMS/LXP platforms.
• Background in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
