Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Quality Auditor you will safeguard the consistency and excellence of BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening calls, emails and workflow steps to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails and related workflows.
• Measure performance against defined scorecards, KPIs and audit criteria.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns.
• Document findings with precision and propose adjustments to audit frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills and advanced English proficiency.
• Self‑motivated with effective time‑management skills.
