About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Latin America, based in Chile. The role focuses on building client relationships and expanding revenue in the mining and drilling data analytics sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute regional sales strategy for LATAM.
  • Identify and acquire new accounts and develop business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
  • Manage sales pipeline and CRM data.
  • Represent the company’s brand and market presence in the region.

Required profile

  • Proven commercial experience in the mining and/or drilling industry within LATAM.
  • Strong understanding of the regional sales cycle and client lifecycle.
  • Track record of growing a client base and revenue.
  • Fluent English and self‑starter attitude.
  • Experience in SaaS/technology sales is a plus.

Required skills

  • HubSpot or similar CRM platform.
  • CRM management.
  • SaaS sales expertise.
