Director, Global Reservations and Journey Design

About the role

Beckons is seeking a visionary leader to own and evolve its central reservations function across a portfolio of luxury lodges in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Chile. The Director will shape the end‑to‑end guest journey, from the first inquiry through arrival and beyond, leveraging technology to deliver truly bespoke experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a globally dispersed team of sales consultants and journey designers.
• Own and continuously improve the central reservations operation.
• Elevate the pre‑arrival experience and expand itinerary planning capabilities.
• Define and enforce service standards that reflect the Beckons brand.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance personalization while preserving human connection.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in luxury hospitality, with deep expertise in reservations and guest experience.
• Proven track record managing high‑performing, globally distributed teams.
• Experience designing tiered reservation models that combine central and in‑market functions.
• Strong cultural fluency and ability to manage ultra‑luxury guest relationships across time zones.
