About the role

As a Rendering Engineer you will design and develop high‑performance graphics pipelines and sophisticated visual effects for real‑time applications, pushing visual fidelity while ensuring optimal execution across diverse hardware platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain production‑grade rendering systems and graphics pipelines.
• Develop and optimize complex shaders and advanced shading setups for high‑quality visual results.
• Leverage low‑level graphics APIs to manage GPU resources and improve frame rates.
• Collaborate with artists and developers to translate visual concepts into efficient technical implementations.
• Conduct deep performance analysis and hardware‑specific optimizations to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Stay at the forefront of graphics technology to integrate modern rendering techniques and industry standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on graphics rendering.
• Proven expertise developing real‑time graphics pipelines using C++.
• Advanced proficiency in shader languages such as GLSL, HLSL, or MSL.
• Hands‑on experience with graphics APIs like Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, or OpenGL.
• Deep understanding of GPU architecture and low‑level performance optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
