Senior Business Manager – Green Energy

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead the development of our green energy portfolio in Chile and the broader region. Based in Santiago, this fully remote position will drive client acquisition, market expansion and strategic partnerships across the renewable sector.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the green energy market.
• Generate leads, secure project orders, lead negotiations and oversee contract signing.
• Achieve sales targets and specific “two funds” performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain key account relationships, nurturing long‑term customer partnerships.
• Plan and execute regional market expansion strategies, including necessary travel for business visits.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support overall market development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in science, engineering or marketing.
• Proven sales experience in the green energy sector, especially with PV inverters, hydrogen production power supplies, or energy storage PCS.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑scale ground‑mounted power plant projects.
• Fluent English and native proficiency in the local language (Spanish).
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
