Strategy and Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a collaborative, results‑oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to shape the future of Uber Eats in Chile. You will design and execute high‑impact initiatives that keep the marketplace healthy, balancing supply and demand while driving measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Eats marketplace strategy for Chile, including courier engagement, retention, and incentive programs.
• Develop and launch initiatives that improve marketplace efficiency and maintain a healthy supply‑demand balance.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support business decisions.
• Partner with senior leadership to define performance metrics, build reporting frameworks, and create dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Regional Operations, Data Science, Finance, and Customer Support to translate insights into actions.
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for marketplace initiatives and incentive programs.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or technology.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to turn data into actionable solutions.
• Excellent project‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for presenting complex analyses to diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL or other data‑querying tools.
