About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will help evaluate candidate fit, schedule interviews, and keep the recruitment process moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information to assess overall suitability.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the process.
• Schedule interviews, send invitations, and maintain accurate records in the recruitment system.
• Support interviewers by providing candidate profiles, experience summaries, and motivation insights.
