Accounting Manager

About the role

Curvion Blue is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the accounting function for multiple client companies while leading a team of Staff Accountants. This hands‑on leadership position blends day‑to‑day accounting oversight with strategic process improvement in a fast‑paced, multi‑company environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities across several client entities.
• Review and approve work of Staff Accountants and Bookkeepers.
• Manage month‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Maintain accounting controls and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate closely with Controllers and client leadership to provide reliable financial information.
• Coach and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing accounting for multiple companies or clients simultaneously.
• Background in fractional, outsourced, public accounting, CAS, or similar multi‑client environments.
• Strong full‑cycle accounting knowledge with GAAP‑based accrual accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing deadlines without constant supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive communication with stakeholders.
