AI Trainer – Portfolio Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistant models that support finance‑related decision‑making. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will use your expertise in macro trends, corporate finance and capital markets to improve the accuracy and reasoning of AI chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI assistant answers to finance questions, ensuring logical consistency and factual correctness.
• Design and present complex, real‑world finance scenarios and edge cases to test model reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, correctness and performance, providing structured feedback.
• Leverage your education and professional experience to assess the models’ handling of macro‑economic trends, corporate finance and capital‑market topics.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency) and detail‑oriented.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or substantial real‑world finance experience; a current or completed Master’s/PhD is a plus.
• Strong background in financial analysis, financial modeling and data analysis.
