Assistant Portfolio Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistants that support finance teams. You will use your expertise in macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on finance‑related topics.
• Validate the logic and accuracy of model outputs using real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model improvements.
• Design diverse, complex problems for the AI and assess performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA+, Master’s or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor, remotely, on a flexible schedule.
