About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Data & Services team in Santiago. You will work with global brands to solve strategic challenges using data‑driven insights and consulting expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in small teams to develop data‑driven solutions for complex client problems across industries such as financial services, retail, hospitality and more.
• Build strong client relationships, understand business needs, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive impactful decisions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, contribute to business development, account management and product management activities.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree with an outstanding academic record.
• Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
