About the role
Murex is seeking an S4C Consultant to provide support and delivery services to clients, following Murex standards for quality and effort. The role involves both client-facing support and internal product evolution activities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support services to clients, including follow‑up and resolution of open cases.
- Contribute to upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and participate in client workshops.
- Manage defect correction and product enhancements.
- Conduct trainings for internal teams or clients.
- Act as Support Coordinator with guidance and assist senior profiles in demo/pre‑sales preparation.
Required profile
- Experience delivering support and consulting services in a fintech or trading solutions environment.
- Ability to work on‑site with clients and collaborate with internal product evolution streams.
