Technical Presales Consultant

About the role

Murex is seeking a Technical Presales Consultant to support its Professional Services and Managed Services offerings across Latin America, with a primary focus on Chile. You will work closely with Business Development to craft value‑based proposals, deliver demos and workshops, and translate client requirements into actionable service offers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end presales support for Professional Services and Managed Services, including RFI/RFP responses, demos, and workshops.
• Build and maintain scalable enablement assets such as Spanish service decks, sizing libraries, and reusable proposal components.
• Engage directly with clients to uncover business objectives and map them to Murex delivery approaches.
• Identify and communicate delivery risks, assumptions, and governance models to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global presales teams to standardise workflows and share best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Murex delivery or project‑management experience with a solid understanding of implementation lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to build executive‑level trust.
• Native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client‑facing activities.
