Bilingual Management Control Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is seeking bilingual professionals to join its risk and operations consulting team. The role focuses on management control, process administration, and control testing for international clients, helping improve internal processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal control tests to assess effectiveness.
• Develop and analyze management reports that support strategic decision‑making.
• Identify improvement opportunities in internal processes and propose actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Maintain clear communication with international clients to meet their expectations and compliance needs.

Required profile

• Bilingual English proficiency (assessment required).
• Degree in Accounting, Commercial, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in management control, controls testing, internal audit, risk analysis, compliance, or process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and financial operations.
