Equity Trader – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. In this independent contractor role you will review AI-generated answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, ensuring accuracy and logical soundness.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to finance‑related questions.
• Use your education and real‑world experience to assess the reasoning and correctness of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance future versions of the AI.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a bilingual‑level proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred (not mandatory).
