Finance Integration Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Finance Integration Analyst to join our LATAM team in Chile. Working closely with the Finance Integration Leader, you will support the seamless integration of finance and accounting functions for newly acquired businesses across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Integration Leader and M&A team throughout due‑diligence processes.
• Conduct assessments to ensure accurate revenue recognition across entities.
• Prepare detailed project reports for presentation to the parent company.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities and best practices for new integrations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial processes and data.
• Report progress, flag critical issues, and support decision‑making for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree or advanced student in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Practical, “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude and strong ownership.
• Team player with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Adaptable, proactive and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
• Trustworthy, enthusiastic, motivated and professional.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Financial analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of IFRS (desirable).
• Very good level of English.
