Finance Manager, CTD LATAM

About the role

The CTD LATAM Finance team is looking for a Finance Manager to provide financial leadership and strategic business partnering for the Andean Region (Chile, Colombia and Peru). Reporting to the General Manager, you will combine controllership duties with operational partnership to drive performance and financial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process in collaboration with local third‑party accounting firms, ensuring accurate reconciliation and reporting.
• Partner with the General Manager and Operations team to prepare monthly business reviews, delivering analytical insights and actionable plans.
• Coordinate the monthly billing cycle with Operations and Intercompany teams, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage the monthly forecasting process, identifying risks and opportunities and communicating required actions.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, providing financial insights and challenging assumptions.
• Ensure high service levels for payments, cash management and tax processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a data‑integrity reference, driving process improvements and automation through effective tool use.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a complex, multinational, multi‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with process improvement and automation tools.
