Finance Manager, CTD LATAM

About the role

The CTD LATAM Finance team is looking for a Finance Manager to provide financial leadership and strategic business partnering across the Andean Region (Chile, Colombia, and Peru). You will work closely with the General Manager and operational leaders to deliver actionable insights, drive performance, and ensure financial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process in partnership with local third‑party accounting firms, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Partner with the General Manager and Operations team to prepare monthly business reviews, delivering analytical insights and actionable plans.
• Coordinate the monthly billing cycle with Operations and Intercompany teams, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage the monthly forecasting process, identifying risks and opportunities and communicating required actions.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and aligning with business strategy.
• Ensure high service levels and accuracy across payments, cash management, and tax‑related processes.
• Serve as a data‑integrity reference, driving process improvements and automation through effective tool use.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a complex, multinational, multi‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of process rigor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent, accurate work in a fast‑paced environment.
