Fixed Income Analyst – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance professionals. You will review AI‑generated answers on macro trends, corporate finance and capital markets, and provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to finance‑related questions.
• Validate the logic, correctness and performance of model outputs.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model updates.
• Collaborate remotely with the AI development team.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s or PhD) preferred, but not mandatory.
