Fixed Income Trader – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. You will use your expertise in macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro‑economic, corporate finance, and capital‑market topics.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and work experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI‑generated content for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented finance professional with advanced degree (MBA+) or equivalent real‑world experience.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not required.
