Investment Analyst - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance experts. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, measure their progress, and solve problems to improve model quality, shaping how AI understands financial principles.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and work experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning exercises.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD is preferred but not required.
