Manager, Technical Deploy for LAC, Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Technical Deploy for Latin America and the Caribbean to support the design, validation, and execution of client solutions. You will contribute architecture expertise, technical analysis, integration design, and documentation across a range of digital payment products.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead technical discovery workshops and solution assessments.
• Design solution components, integration flows, and technical artifacts.
• Analyze client environments, data flows, security requirements and produce architecture documentation.
• Participate in architecture reviews, delivery‑readiness assessments and vendor evaluations.
• Contribute to reusable patterns, knowledge repositories, implementation playbooks and technical assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 7‑12 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, systems integration or technical consulting.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, application design and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product and technical stakeholders.
