Marketing Director – Luxury Antarctic Travel

About the role

Antarctica21, the world’s leading Antarctic air‑cruise operator, is seeking a Marketing Director to lead growth of its boutique, high‑end travel experiences. The role combines direct‑to‑consumer demand generation with stewardship of the brand, partner network and sustainability narrative.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute global demand‑generation campaigns targeting HNWI and UHNWI travellers using paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing and AI‑powered search platforms.
• Own the revenue target for the B2C channel, managing the full funnel from acquisition to lifetime value, referrals and ambassador programmes.
• Oversee the HubSpot ecosystem and guide the migration to a new booking platform, ensuring seamless integration with the marketing technology stack.
• Develop and maintain the brand narrative, especially sustainability and responsible‑tourism credentials, in collaboration with B2B partners and corporate affairs.
• Lead a Marketing Manager and a B2C Sales Manager, as well as cross‑regional content and travel‑consultant teams across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
• Allocate and optimise the consolidated annual marketing and direct‑sales budget.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of performance‑marketing, growth or demand‑generation experience with direct‑revenue accountability.
• Background in luxury travel, premium hospitality or high‑end lifestyle brands serving HNWI/UHNWI customers.
• Proven ability to balance direct‑channel growth with partner trust and brand equity.
