SaaS Service Offer Lead

About the role

Murex is seeking a SaaS Service Offer Lead to shape and scale Managed Services in the Americas region. You will work across SaaS, MXevolve and other managed service offerings, translating global standards into effective regional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Help define and evolve Managed Services value propositions, operating models and service standards for SaaS, MXevolve and future offerings.
• Partner with CETs, Business Units, Business Development and Presales to position SaaS and MXevolve in proposals, RFPs and client discussions.
• Act as the trusted regional point of contact for Service Offer questions, guiding teams on operating models, procedures and tooling.
• Identify gaps and pain points early, coordinate corrective actions and support pilots, tooling and process improvements.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience with Murex, preferably in Managed Services, SaaS, MXevolve, implementation, upgrades or production operations.
• Fluent English with strong analytical abilities and the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record as a project manager, production manager, solution architect or service lead on complex client instances.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of MX.3 and Managed Services operating models.
• Experience with PEGA, JIRA, Murex CI tooling and MXstudio.
