Private Client Advisor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI Assistant models that support finance teams. In this remote, contract position you will evaluate AI chatbot responses, test their reasoning on complex financial topics, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present complex, real‑world financial scenarios and edge cases for AI testing.
• Assess the correctness, logic, and performance of AI outputs and document findings.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide model refinements.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional finance experience.
